Submission Guidelines
To submit your communication for consideration by the event's scientific committee, please follow the instructions below, ensuring compliance with the established deadlines.
1. Abstract Submission
Submission Period: February 25, 2025 – May 16, 2025
Submission Method: Send your abstract via email Registration above following these guidelines:
Title of the paper
Author(s) information: First name and surname, institutional affiliation, and respective email addresses for contact
Abstract requirements:
Written in English, Portuguese, or Spanish
Maximum 300 words
Structured with the following sections:
Introduction
Method
Results
Conclusions
Indication of three keywords
Abstracts must be original, not previously presented or published. The content is the sole responsibility of the author(s).
Formatting:
Font: Times New Roman, size 12
Alignment: Justified
Line spacing: 1.5 points
File format: Word (.doc or .docx)

2. Notification of Acceptance
By June 19, 2025, authors will be notified about the acceptance or rejection of their abstracts for presentation at the congress.
3. Registration Requirement
By July 20, 2025, all authors of accepted papers must register for the congress. Registration is mandatory for participation.
4. Paper Presentation
The presentation will take place online and must be conducted by the first author of the paper.
Each presentation will have a maximum duration of 10 minutes and will be scheduled within a panel and time slot defined by the event’s organizing committee.
